If you're not satisfied with your MewSip purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How to request a return or refund
Contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we'll reply with the next steps and, if a return is needed, the return instructions.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, send us a photo or short video and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to process it.
Exceptions
Used filters cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived defective.
